Electrical and Computer Engineering, Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.)

Advance to Candidacy: In addition to the course requirements below, students must satisfy a Ph.D. qualifying requirement as well as pass an oral Ph.D. research proposal examination.

Post-Candidacy: Students must complete at least 12 credits of ENEE899 Doctoral Dissertation Research as well as successfully defend and submit an original dissertation. For more details, see the ECE Graduate Handbook.

Complete six ENEE lecture courses. These courses must be at the 600 level or above, not including ENEE698, ENEE699, ENEE799, ENEE898, and ENEE899.
