Off-Campus Housing Services are provided through the University Housing Partnerships Office within the Department of Resident Life. This office assists students who are searching for housing in the City of College Park and the surrounding areas, and provides resources to help them navigate leasing, budgeting, renters’ rights, and the off-campus living experience. In addition, the Off-Campus Housing Database is a free online resource that allows students to filter and view housing listings based on their preferences, create a roommate profile, search for compatible roommates, and access a range of educational materials.
